Welcome to Overseas Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website and/or booking services through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Scope of Services

Overseas Travels provides travel-related services including international tour packages, flight reservation assistance, hotel bookings, visa guidance, travel insurance facilitation, sight-seeing, transfers, and other related arrangements. Our role is as a travel organizer and facilitator; we act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transporters, and other partners.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making bookings. You are responsible for checking your travel documents (passport, visas, permits, health certificates, etc.) and ensuring compliance with all applicable government requirements.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Prices are liable to change until the booking is fully paid and confirmed.

  • Payments must be made as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.

  • Unless otherwise stated, a minimum advance / deposit payment is required to confirm any package.

  • Final payment must be received before the date specified by Overseas Travels.

Example: A deposit (e.g., 25% / 50%) may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than a specific number of days before departure.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by email.

  • Refunds (if any) are calculated based on the cancellation date and the terms applicable to flights, hotels, visas, and other services. Third-party suppliers often enforce their own cancellation charges.

  • Service fees or booking charges may be non-refundable.

  • No refunds are usually given for no-shows, unused services, or cancellation after the specified cut-off period.

5. VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you obtain all necessary travel documents including visas, passports, and entry permits.

  • Overseas Travels can assist with visa-related processing, but approval is not guaranteed and related fees are typically non-refundable.

  • Failure to obtain valid travel documents does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

  • Overseas Travels acts only as an agent for suppliers (airlines, hotels, transporters). We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, expense, or irregularity that arises from events beyond our control, including acts of God, government actions, strikes, wars, disease outbreaks, or any other third-party failure.

  • We do our best to ensure accurate information, but changes can occur. You agree that Overseas Travels is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in travel components beyond our control.

7. PRICING & TAXES

  • All prices displayed are in [Insert Currency] unless otherwise stated and may not include taxes, gateway fees, fuel surcharges, service charges, airport taxes, or other mandatory charges unless specified.

  • The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content displayed on this website including design, text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Overseas Travels and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce or use any content without permission.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection, usage, and storage practices as outlined in that policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kishorpuria House” EF-2, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Overseas Travels reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
